Yes, mostly for testing. A convenient way of unlocking the databases so
that SQLite clients can open the file while the server is running.

Here are a couple views of my SQLite database showing that punctuation
is not being removed from the NAMESEARCH field.
You can also see that diacritics are now being correctly transliterated
by looking at the entry for AgapĂȘ.
(Note that I use 'REM' in my ARTISTSORT tag for 'R.E.M.', which is
