After lots of messing around I found the solution was to replace my
Wi-Fi router. The source of the problem was a troublesome BT HomeHub 3
- since replacing it with a TP-Link running OpenWRT I haven't had any
trouble :cool:

Probably not related directly to your issue but recently I've
experienced BBC streams dropping out for a few seconds, then they
recover. However, with LBC I've twice had problems when the skip
results in my Touch actually rebooting.

I performed a router reset a few days ago in an attempt to resolve
numerous other problems, but unfortunately it has not fixed the radio
streaming issue when using iPeng. Rebooting the server has not worked
either.

Which station is this? Which iOS version do you use?
I know old iOS versions had issues with very low bitrate streams.
Or it could be a transcoding issue, iPeng doesn't support WMA, that
might be the difference to other devices.

I have not had similar problems. Your description suggests that the
issue may lie in the wifi connection between your router and your ipod
running ipeng, rather than ipeng itself.
