I have the 6 preset buttons on the squeeze radio set to different radio
stations and would like to mimic these buttons in HA. Instead of a
automation to turn the squeeze radio on when we are present, it will
also select the station depending on who's home first.

Im using Home Assistant to automate things around the home, I have it
integrated with my squeeze server and HA displays what is playing in
each room with the option to stop, play or FF/Rew, the same for the
squeeze radio, I can also turn the radio on and off via HA.
I have the 6 preset

AFAIK there's no such thing as a UUID for buttons.
Maybe you should line out what you're trying to do...

6 preset buttons when scripting. Is there away to find the ID of these
buttons

I think you should be able to call something like this:
00:04:20:... button preset_0
