oh, and player UI setting is always welcome too. However, there are
currently a few more web options that I are not on the player UI that I
don't feel very guilty about either :)

yes it would be shuffled by album. This should be an easy code change.
The webpage UI would need to have the option inserted. I wasn't sure
how many people actually were using it other than myself.
