until I kill it via Task Manager.

It happened the first time I tried to run MC2Slim after installing this
version. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but it does the same.
Didn't try the right click options.

I can't seem to recreate this, I'm using it now with the latest version
of MC12. I guess the last time you used MC2Slim it was only compatible
with MC11.
Has anybody else seen a problem?

The last time I used MC2Slim, I think it was with MC11. I hadn't been
using it much, though, because I was waiting for you to get transport
controls on the remote working. In the meantime, I switched over to
MC12 fully. I guess that has something to do with it?

When you first run MC12 it converts your database to it's new format
but it does create a backup zip first. You should be able to restore
that to get MC11 to run again.

But it crashes as soon as I try to open it so how can I restore the
backup? I guess I could track down the files and replace themÂ… will
have to try that when I have some time to fool around.

Usually when you run it after a crash you get a dialog asking what
defaults to load. It you get that then can't you unselect your
library?

I select the option to use default library and it still gives me the
error and shuts down.
BUT I got it worked out now. I started MC2Slim before attempting to run
MC11, did the disconnect command, and then when MC11 attempted to start,
MC2slim connected automatically while the error message was u

Thanks, a recent fix to Slimserver means that I should be able to get
your 'saving playlist' idea to work and new developments in MC12 should
make using multi zones much less processor intensive.
