There is some sort of bug that keeps it from working in Squeezebox
Server. I submitted a bug but It doesn't look like they are going to fix
it.

Seems that Andy G. and others saw this a month ago, I'm just catching
up.
I think I understand that the problem is in SC 7.4+ and that there is a
"work-around" by using on-th-fly trans-coding, but it is not clear how
to do this on a WinXP box (AndyGs' Vorte
radio streams must be 44.1KHz 16-bit stereo for squeezeslave. If not,
you need to setup transcoding...'see'

Note, there's a bug in SBS 7.4+ which causes problems if you switch
