WeatherTime has been working fine since I got my Squeezebox last year,
but all of a sudden WeatherTime won't show any forecast. :(
I haven't changed anything with my setup, does anyone have an idea
where to start troubleshooting?

What was the simple fix? I've got the same issue on my Qnap TS101,

I use and love the Weathertime plugin from Martin Rehfeld. It's worked
fine in the past, but at some stage recently I must have done something
that's stopped it working. It comes up with "No Forecast Available".
