I have a Squeezebox 3 and I'd like to get Music On Demand with a high
quality bitrate. I've read that Spotify is the place to go for this.
And I've read that I need a plugin to do this.
Where would I get the plugin, please? Alongside simple instructions to

I installed the app in my Squeezebox Server Version 7.5.3 .
And I logged into the account via the Squeezebox Server app.

But I signed up for the 7 day free trial of the Premium Account. Same
thing, no? Otherwise there would be no point.

wouldn't be charged for seven days. Are you saying that this means I
can't use the service for seven days?

Erm, actually I'm not sure. Things have changed. The trial never used to

Ah, if you're using a SB3 then you have to install and use the Triode
plugin to get it working with that, not the "official" plugin! Anyway,
glad you got it working. :)

Yes, I thought there might be troubles with the fact that it's a
Squeezebox 3. I did actually mention it in my initial post but I guess
it was overlooked. Oh well.
One thing now, then, is that there isn't a menu item for Spotify on the
SB3 - meaning that I actually do have to turn on my compute
With the SB3, the computer needs to be switched on so it's using the SBS
and Triodes daemon which "proxies" and transcodes the stream for the
device. (You cannot stream directly to the device, like with the newer
Touch. The firmware will never support it.) You should find a "Spotify"
