apologies if this is answered further down the list I have just installed alien bbc 1.0. Followed the instructions more or less to the letter, except that winrar extracted the codecs into their own windows-essential directory under \codecs. When I started the server, I could see all the BBC stations but I also saw the following message....
Note: One or more codecs not found 'sipr3260.dll' 'pncrt.dll' 'cook3260.dll' 'atrc3260.dll' C:\Program Files\SlimServer\server\Bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread/codecs/ (note the change from ms to unix/linux style directory discriminators ../codecs/) and of course got no sound. So I copied the files down one level but still got the same message (and still no audio output).
