Home > Internet Radio > RadioTime World > National Networks > RAI
Italy
These channels have a different URL that begins with opml://
The audio quality seems the same.

The urlplays OK for me on same version of Alien and 7.4.2
Can you attach the
/var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/Alien/RTSP.pm
file to a post. You may need to zip it if it is too big.

Are you sure you have 2.6b2 installed ?
That error seems like using a plugin not compatibile with 7.4.*.
You did restart SBS after installing plugin and then check version no
of ALienBBC showing in Plugins tab.

ok, I see that SBS installed the wrong plugin (v.7.3), how do I install
2.6b2 if there's only a tick to install a plugin?
but beside that, where do I find it?
I cannot find it either on Alien site nor googling around...

I added the AlienBBC plugin, but it seems not to be working...

I just realized that AlienBBC is no more supported on 7.4
Squuezeboxserver.
Now, I can still listen to BBC with iPlayer, although with downgraded
bit-rate - if I'm not wrong - but I seem to have lost the Italian RAI
channels that had address like this:
rtsp://live.media.rai.it/broadc
