for horizontal toolbars you have to work also on all the parts of resizing of
all DIV's in the map.phtml (-> resizeDiv() in pmapper.js). There is currently
no more flexible solution available. And because I do not need it and no
volunteers so far to work on that, it will not be available very so

I want the orientation of toolbar in horizontal. I set toolBarOrientation =
horizontal in config.ini and I set $toolBarOrientation = "horizontal"; in
init.php, but this toolbar is display wrong.
