I have 2 older instances of p.mapper (3.X) that have a behavior that I
hadnt noticed before.
When selecting a search option from the pulldown, and then you start to
type the criteriaafter about the 3rd or 4th character I type, the
map starts zooming. Is there any way I can turn this off

Since every now and then issues are raised about some problems with
MapServer version 5.6 and p.mapper, I put some upgrade info for both
