[pmapper-users] Display only Selection

Dear List, I have a shapefile layer that contains two polygons that are side by side. I would like to selectively turn off one of the polygons so that only one is visible on the map. Any suggestions on how I could do this? I thought about using the selection tool but could not figure out how
