I downloaded pmapper5 but I didn't not see all the apache folders, can I
please be pointed where I can get the full apache installation, I also
notice that demo data is missing but I realise since its a big file it
could be downloaded separately

Maybe you could adapt it to your needs, something like a DIV fetching the
right image from an URL, the latter being an attribute of the layer.
