good morning, I am setting pmapper 5 beta2 and not I display my personal layers. Google and OSM are visible but appear pink tiles in place of my shapefile data. I've read that some users also same thing happens. I can not find the solution. Working windows. Anyone can help me!! Pablo

I guess you do not want to define 4000 layers in your map file either... In your case, independent of the p.mapper version you're using, you should define 1 layer for all your tiff files, using the TILEINDEX mechanism: http://mapserver.org/optimization/tileindex.html

Hi From my minimal delvings into this, a quick win (ie. switch the default logo out) is to edit config/common/print.xml and point to a new logo/change bg colour (PDF and HTML). I think there are some CSS settings in templates/print/print.css for the HTML layout look and more key print PDF/HTML

Hi Do you mean embed a logo into the print dialog window - if so easy - look at the bottom of the print.xml for the printdlg tag and add your own content (you may need to change the dialog width/height etc - may have to change dimensions in javascript/pm_cjs.js - search for printdlg). Or do you

Dear Javier, Probably you should change map2unicode in your config_xxx.xml from 1 to 0. What codepage do you use in your config and map file? UTF-8 is prefered. If you use different codepage in your shape files, you should use the LAYER_ENCODING in the METADATA section of the layer definition

Hi Siki, I have changed map2unicode to 0 ( http://svn.pmapper.net/trac/wiki/DocManual#Encodingformapfile) and I have defined the codepage in config_.xml and xxx.map. The name´s layers in TOC are incorrect (Necrópolis is he correct name and Necr?polis is the name showing) I will try it.
