There's now a new version of HandyToC at
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/HandyTableOfContents
This enables the "don't include a H1 header if there's only one"
behaviour to be turned off. It's still on by default, though.
I've also tidied up the code a bit.

Er, has there been a delay? Because pmwiki.org seems only to have
2.2.0-beta29 available.

I've just set up a new wiki at http://www.davidaspitzley.org/bootstrap, and I'm
trying to get the built in spam blocking to work. Specifically, it is failing
to download any blocklists, and is also fails to block anything when I copy
Site.Blocklist from pmwiki.org. Here's my applicable config.

Dear Paul,
I'm still very much learning about PmWiki, doing cautious experiments
with Recipes.
It would be helpful to me if a date-of-post or date-of-recent-update
could be added.
Like all software, initial versions frequently get changed in
response to user experience -- bugs fixed, features
Over the next few days I'm planning to clean up some of the
recipes in the cookbook -- moving some obsolete recipes
into a separate "Archives" wikigroup. Most of the Cookbook-V1
recipes will likely be treated as "archive" also. (I haven't
decided if I'll move the pages into the archives group

Hi all
I installed pmWiki several times successful but now I face a problem.
Please find following the set-up:
Linux/Suse(SLES9)
Apache 2
php V4.3.4
pmWiki 2.2.0-beta29 and latest stable
After the installation I get a blank page. I traced it down to the
