Is there any way to differentiate between an empty PTV and a non-existent
PTV in a pagelist?
If not, what suggestions for an appropriate syntax to differentiate?

I find the Recipe Check function extremely useful, but have
noticed that the recipe doesn't check the skin version, despite
the recipe page suggesting it does.
