I'm having a problem with a brand new installation of pmwiki. I've not
encountered this before so I'm unsure why this is happening. The
following two warnings are presented at the top of each page:

fields in the HTML source code ... all someone would have to do is
copy/paste the form code for the button, then submit the form with

in the last weeks the amount of spam increased dramatically.
Today I figured out that the blocklist isn't working at all. Neither the
automatic download nor the internal block list.
The config is just fine, as specified on pmwiki.org
Any ideas?
