PMwiki creates two different pages if two links
differ in upper/lower case.
For example:
[[PmWikiPhilosophy]]
[[PmwikiPhilosophy]]
[[Pmwikiphilosophy]]
(same problem with camel cases)
Is there a solution via configuration ?
