[pmwiki-users] Same name but different pages if case sensitive

Hi all, PMwiki creates two different pages if two links differ in upper/lower case. For example: [[PmWikiPhilosophy]] [[PmwikiPhilosophy]] [[Pmwikiphilosophy]] (same problem with camel cases) Is there a solution via configuration ? OS: Linux Debian Jessie PmWiki: pmwiki-2.2.74 and
