$ActionTitle/title by default in the /head section of the .tmpl file.
Reason why is that some index tool or tagging services are using this
title information to index the pages.

My 2cents, ... ExpireDiffAll should not change the 'last modified' date, ...
ie : I want to remove all history from all pages but want to keep the dates
of the last real modification.
ie : Date of Blog pages should not be changed (even if we purge all pages)
