Starting over.
I just deleted that test installation, and put a fresh install of
PmWiki v 2.2 beta 65 into /home/justice4/public_html/test1/, and added
index.php in the wiki's root, with nothing in it but inclusion of the
pmwiki.php file.
It looks fine.
Next, I add my .htaccess to the wiki's roo
