FYI: I've been spending the past week thinking a great deal about the issue of encodings for POD. That's the one issue I've really been stuck on -- lots of ways to do it, each with its own problems and advantages. But I think I've reasoned it out to my satisfaction now. Now that that's settled, the perlpod/perlpodspec revision is mostly minor things, based mostly on helpful comments people have sent me. I hope to have it out this week. -- Sean M.
