The issues:
* Its somewhat new and hasn't been in a development release yet, so we'd

special exceptions in the future if we completely revamp our package
structure and move to apache againwait...we can't do it again... .

As per my promise, here is the stuff that lets us parse integers and operators
(+-*/) and brackets into RPN order.
