USES=luajit

Hello everyone, I've added Uses/luajit.mk, which supports luajit through DEFAULT_VERSIONS. The default is luajit-devel, though luajit-openresty is another great option if you prefer it. One great benefit is getting people off of lang/luajit, which is a version that people probably shouldn't use.
