I confirmed the hostname change and GNU path change with Hiroyuki on the FTP admin team. I confirmed the pathing for all other references and removed and extra slash in the Linux path. This patch affects 806 urls to dist files in the ports tree. Out of curiosity, am I throwing these patches in
