Here is an update to the tcpslice port.
Since I'm using it almost daily and after 10 days without an answer
from the tcpslice maintainer I thought it would be better to submit the
following diff:

Amazing what you find when you attempt to download every dist file from
every referenced location for the 3.7 - 3.9 releases and -current.
