1. Set FETCH_PACKAGES=yes
2. Set PKG_PATH=ftp://ftp.task.gda.pl/pub/OpenBSD/3.9/packages/i386/
3. Unpack ports.tar.gz to /usr, cvsup it from rudy.mif.pg.gda.pl
3. # cd /usr/ports/x11/kde; make install
