Is there a standard procedure for porting emacs-lisp packages? I don't
see much mention of them in the archives. The porting checklist says
to put info files in /usr/local/info, but does not mention emacs-lisp
files. /usr/local/share/emacs/site-lisp/ seems like the right place
for elisp files from
