This diff update icecast and add some modifications:
+ create the user _icecast (home directory /var/icecast)
+ enable chroot
+ populate chroot with web/, admin/ and icecast.xml

I discovered that the the Makefile.in in common/* (where the libcommon
etc..) resides had -static in their LDFLAGS. After removing these the issue
wasn't fixed.

This is my first port. Sic is an extremely simple IRC client.
It consists of less than 250 lines of code. It is the little
brother of IRC client ii which I never figured out how to
use efficiently.
