A new port tested on i386/amd64.

AMIDE is a completely free tool for viewing, analyzing, and registering
volumetric medical imaging data sets. It's been written on top of GTK+,
and runs on any system that supports this toolkit.

Hi,

py-cdf is a python interface to the Unidata netCDF library. It provides
an almost complete coverage of the netCDF C API, wrapping it inside easy
to use python classes.

Perhaps we could add a define JOYSTICK if we found the include?

CXXFLAGS+= -D$__JOYSTICK__
.endif
This will allow all the arch with the joystick support to compile with
this code and all other without this code.

Quite a few fixes and updates in this, one important note is this is not
network compatible with older releases. Tested on amd64/i386.
