run cherokee as any user and get:

the group does exist. the problem is the cherokee_getgrnam function calls
getgrnam_r which returns 34, ERANGE.
i propose the following patch, which makes it work as expected.

This newer version of the lzo library has a different API but
since the library name and header file location changed, it can
coexist with the old one, so it's a separate port.
No regressions on amd64, i386, armish, macppc, sparc64.
