Attached is an update to Samba 3.6 branch.
databases/tdb needs to be updated for this to work hence the changes to
mail/fdm.
Maintainer for tdb and fdm OK with the the update.
I'd like to thank Stefan Rinkes for doing all the hard work.

You can compile it there using tic with -o.
Note that tic makes the directories 777 so umask needs to be correct,
not sure if the package makefiles ensure this
