The idea being I'm a bit fed up with wiping the machine and rebuilding
packages from scratch, so I'm going to build some stuff in a chroot...

In light of recent events, I'm sending out this one. Been running here
since it's in RC state to great success. If you are running a relay,
TEST THIS. 0.2.3 is confined to 1024 RSA/DH, which is potentially too
weak nowadays. See:
