Update to 20140615. Adds a make7 binary.
The following diff updates yaml-cpp to 0.5.1.
It is required for a future openxcom update.
The only other port that depends on it is graphics/opencolorio
which only supports it an unreleased version

Requires the previously posted yaml-cpp update.
Uses MODGCC4 as it requires cpuid.h which isn't
provided in base gcc and going by experience with
