Base OS max 2 weeks old snapshot.
this is *not* for import now (it needs a new port, and is a bit
disruptive), but I'm just posting this here so others can find it
to avoid possible duplicate work.
update to pillow 2.7.0; the sane bindings have been split off to
a separate distribution, so all dependents will need a REVISION bump,
