Update of devel/bison to 3.0.4
(another update in my journey to have a recent math/octave):
- Removal of all patches
(patch-configure can probably disappear but please double check
patch-data_m4sugar_m4sugar_m4 and patch-src_output_c)
- configure checks for Java and cannot be disabled via a sw
This version contains fixes for various bugs seen during testing.
I'm about to commit it on the next week unless there will be
objections or additional input.
