Update version 0.8 -> 0.9.
While here, remove unneeded $HOMEPAGE, and fix rcsid in pkg/README.
Thanks to Vadim Zhukov for looking at a qmake issue I had during
update testing. He was right, it turned out to be a qt5 sync
issue on the build box.
