There's a WIP port [0] but there are still bugs which are easily
triggered in OpenBSD [1

Here's an update to PyPy-5.3.0.

* Distfile naming convention has changed.
* Updated the comments on making a new bootstrap. You only need the
no-bootstrap target if the old bootstrap wont work any more.
