Hi,
ECL seems have fixed the issue causing maxima test failure (atan2).
Here's backport of the commit. ECL still pass and Maxima test pass as well on
amd64.
While here, add myself as maintainer of ECL.

Attaching an update for net/corebird
port changes:
- upstream now provides proper tarballs so we switch
from GH_* vars to MASTER_SITES
- we no longer need autoconf as the upstream rolled
tarball includes the generated build files

1. doas make worked fine
2. doas make test worked partially:

...
test succeeded
cd /usr/ports/pobj/ruby-2.4.0/ruby-2.4.0 && make btest-ruby
...
PASS all 1010 tests
cd /usr/ports/pobj/rub
