This is a simple update of sblg from 0.4.1 to 0.4.2. The only change
listed by the author is:
"Fix data-sblg-navtag to also support escaped spaces."
I did minimal testing on amd64. I doubt any other platform will have
issues. CC maintainer as well.

find the new version on the ports. Is there any reason we still have the
old version on the tree?
