I removed the .so and .so.2 links, I leaved only libutf8proc.so.0.0. The port collides with the one on www/netsurf/libutf8proc, solutions to this kind of things are unknown to me. This is a dependency with the effort in mind of working on a port for lang/julia, I dont know if there is any other
