Hi,
this diff add GeoIP2 support to SpamAssassin and makes it the default
geo library as done upstream.
Ok or is it a too heavy dependency ?

When updating www/p5-Mojo, please also check for
- www/p5-MojoX-Session
- textproc/p5-Mojolicious-Plugin-TtRenderer
If not updated/used, they can be removed i'd say.
