Here is a patch for mail/p5-Mail-Tools :
i) Update to 2.21
ii) Remove the trailing whitespace in DESCR
It build well and pass all tests on amd64-current. It is required by
the update of p5-Mail-Box.
12 ports depends on it. 11 of 12 ports build well and pass all tests.

Webalizer hasn't had a release since 2014, and still uses net/GeoIP
for doing GeoIP lookups. As the functionality isn't really useful with
outdated databases, I propose to disable it and remove the dependency
on net/GeoIP. The following diff does this.
