I have questions about the CPAN examples.

Hi. Just a small tweak to the README to mention that it's necessary to
run chmod in addition to chgrp on the /dev/usbXX device. This is
necessary because the permissions of USB device nodes was tightened up
during the 6.7 dev cycle.

Asterisk-pgsql-16.11.2 crashes if I press any key to send DTMF signal during a
call. It needed to move around menu during a call.
I'm using chan_sip driver currently. Snom 370 phone with SIP channel enabled in
