Unable to access the Hiawatha package

Greeting, I have been using OpenBSD with Hiawatha web server for number of years to support my personal cloud web service/server and data backup for my mobile phone. I am using the latest OpenBSD 7.4 version along with Hiawatha 10.11 installed. Unfortunately, I am unable to update the late
