After some research, I found out that maybe sphinx version had something to do with it (thanks solene). I found out that OpenBSD version of py-sphinx (1.5.6) is almost 4 years old. Current version is 3.5.1. I am not skilled enough to take care of upgrading py-sphinx (simply change some
