FWIW, I'm now rebuilding the ghc-7.0.2 release candidate in my tree (again) with mtl-1.1.1.1 included in the package. I really hate the idea to have two different versions of mtl around, one from lang/ghc, and another one from devel/hs-mtl, but what else can I do? Ciao, Kili
