I am trying to create port of pgtcl - tcl interface to PostgreSQL.
Port is not using libtool and i have to deal with MAKE_ENV variables
to get proper shared libraries numbering.
It seems to be sort of working. The problem is that when i am running
make plist - am not getting any

The shared library is not being installed into the fake dir... when you
get this working, rm your current PLIST and re-run
