This update patches www/elinks to work with lang/lua-5.1. It works

Main and -lua flavours run and load pages ok on zaurus, I haven't
tested further than that.
Here's an update of www/elinks to 0.10.6. This tries to fix a keyboard
prefix problem seen in 0.10.5. Also, the preferred master site and
homepage have changed.
