update port of scribus-ng - now it is svn checkout against Version135 branch
which will become scribus 1.4.0 in the future.
Using svn version solves issue with dlopen on OpenBSD (corrected upstream) and
freezing of scribus when importing .doc document.

this is WIP port to make newer version of scribus running,
which will be in the future next stable version, *but* some
issue with plugins - they cannot be loaded :/
First big thank to TimH for reporting several issues upstream,
they corrected them and now it compiles and runs (somehow).
