Is your lsof package *actually* from the last snapshot, or is it an older one that hasn't been updated (because libc is still the same version)? If it's older then pkg_delete lsof and pkg_add lsof. lsof should be kept in-sync with the kernel. Normally we handle this situation with library bumps or
